Refund and Cancellation

At Resin Raw Material, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. However, please review our refund and replacement terms below:

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product delivered is defective or damaged. Once your replacement is approved, we will re-deliver your product within 5 - 7 days

Customers must report any defects or damage within 3 days of receiving the product we will inspect and provide the delivery for the replaced Product within 5-7 Days.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 3 days of approval.

 

2. Mandatory Opening Video

To process any refund or replacement claims, an unedited opening video of the parcel is mandatory.

The video should clearly show the package being opened, the product condition, and any visible defects or damage.

3. No Exchange for Non-Defective Items

Once the product is purchased and delivered in perfect condition, no exchange or replacement will be entertained for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.

 

4.Refund policy

 In case of any refunds approved it will take 3 days for the refund to be credited to you.

 

5. Return Policy

We offer returns within first 3 days from the date of your purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return.
