We’ve made every effort to ensure that product images and colours are accurately displayed. However, actual product colours may vary depending on your monitor or screen settings. Additionally, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting conditions during photography, which is beyond our control. We are unable to accept product returns or exchanges based solely on colour variations.

The User confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have the approval of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases. However, Resin Raw Material holds no liability for any misuse of products purchased.

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by negligence, incorrect usage, or unforeseen issues with products purchased from www.resinrawmaterial.in. This disclaimer also covers issues caused by technical problems such as interruptions, computer viruses, communication failures, unauthorized access, or other errors that may affect performance.

At Resin Raw Material, we take full responsibility for the packaging and dispatch of your order. This means we ensure that goods are securely packed and shipped in optimal condition, utilizing reliable courier services for safe delivery to your location. Our commitment to careful packaging means you can shop with confidence.

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Resin Raw Material. We will not entertain disputes arising from such changes.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, if an exception is made, a 10% restocking fee (excluding shipping costs) will apply. Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order, and must be sent to our customer support team via email, including your order number.

Please note: Once an order is confirmed, no modifications can be made. If you wish to add products to an existing order, you’ll need to place a separate order.

Resin Raw Material reserves the right to reject or cancel any order if a product has been listed at an incorrect price or due to any other reason. In such cases, even if the payment has been processed, a refund will be issued, and you’ll be notified. No restocking fee will apply in this case.

If delivery issues arise due to errors in the provided information (incorrect/incomplete address, recipient unavailable), the User will bear any additional charges for re-delivery.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Resin Raw Material reserves the right to verify details at any time and may reject or terminate your registration if inaccuracies are found, without prior notice.

We are not responsible for credit card fraud. Users are solely responsible for using their own credit cards and bear the burden of proving otherwise in case of disputes.

For international orders, the User is responsible for any import duties or taxes levied in their respective country.

Resin Raw Material makes no warranties—express or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our responsibility for defective products is limited to, at our discretion, replacing the item or issuing store credit for manufacturing defects, which will be determined solely by Resin Raw Material. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the User.

Complaints regarding delivered products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints about incorrectly ordered items will not be entertained..
